Using a personal and science-based approach, we aim to meet the individual's fitness goals while traveling on a journey toward reduced pain, or factors related to chronic illness or injury. More specifically, we base our exercise programs on the training and teachings of the world-renowned C.H.E.K Institute. Committed to a holistic approach, C.H.E.K Practitioners are widely-recognized as the finest and most highly trained exercise therapists, strength & conditioning specialists and nutrition and lifestyle coaches in the world! While we do not diagnose or treat any disease, our comprehensive approach may be able to assist you in overcoming various challenges. Some challenges may include (but are not limited to):

Your Journey 

Your journey begins with an assessment of your current physical, emotional and mental condition. 

Initially we will contact you to schedule your physical assessment(s). Next, we will have you complete a series of detailed questionnaires. These can all be done via our website once you've set up your client account.

Based on both your assessment and submitted questionnaires, we will design a custom corrective exercise program to not only address any pain you are experiencing, but also to focus on the underlying cause of these dysfunctions. Exercise programs generally consist of corrective stretches along with resistance and cardio training, depending on your needs. You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your exercise program, including acute variables such as Rest, Tempo, Intensity, Duration, Repetitions and Sets. This information, along with video clips of each of your exercises, is available for you via your client account.

Adherence to the recommended program will enable you to restore optimal health and vitality.

Based on your consultation, assessment and goals, together we will determine the best frequency of appointments.

Tai Chi Classes

Join Certified Tai Chi for Health Instructor, Kaitlyn Beiser, for a tai chi! Classes meet weekly beginning June 6, 2022. 
When: Tuesday's
5:00-5:30pm - New or Beginner
5:30-6:15pm - Level 2
Location: 1117-N. Badger Ave, Appleton, WI. Weather permitting, we may move outdoors.
Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although it’s an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, tai chi can be easy to learn and soon delivers its benefits. Movements are fluid, graceful, circular, and slow. Breathing is precise helping to relax the body.
Practicing tai chi has been shown to improve stress levels, balance, flexibility, pain / stiffness, joint stability etc. These classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Although minimal stress is placed on muscles and joints, every individual is different, so we provide modifications as needed and encourage participants to honor their own body.
